A lion in the United States has a strange habit that is quite upsetting. The lion named Lambert was apparently unable to sleep without hugging his favorite red blanket.

Lambert's habit begins when the couple took care of the lion a few years ago. The couple thought Lambert would be a funny pet for their two children.

Lambert can't be sparated with his red blanket

Lambert was used to wearing in a human bed. He also has a red blanket that accompanied him since childhood.

Apparently, Lambert grew quickly beyond the pair's prediction. Anxious as Lambert's wild instincts appeared, the couple decided to report the existence of the lion to the Global Federation of Animal Sanctuaries. Lambert was taken to the In-Sync Exotic Wildlife Rescue and Educational Center in Texas.

Being in a new place makes Lambert feel angry, anxious to have trouble sleeping in his new cage. After being given her favorite red blanket, Lambert finally able to sleep peacefully. To this day, Lambert always sleeps with his red blanket.

Currently, Lambert is being taught to return to his habitat in the wild. Lambert was also taught to eat raw meat.
